Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Tasting Notes
Production Area:
The slopes of Montalcino.
Produced from three different varieties of olive trees: Correggiolo, Moraiolo and Leccino. The olives are picked by hand from 15 October to 15 November. The oil is cold pressed within hours from the harvest in order not to alter the aroma and taste of the resulting oil.
This oil is green with golden hues and has an aroma of green olives with vegetal notes. It is intense and balanced.
